Review queue and mailbox drafts
Review queue
Open Review queue in the sidebar. Read each draft, make it sound like you, then decide what happens:
- Save edit
- Approve
- Skip
- Regenerate draft
- Create Gmail draft (puts it in your mailbox's drafts folder)
- Send now
Keyboard shortcuts are available to move through the queue quickly.
Send approved emails sends all approved drafts one at a time, with a pause between sends.
Mailbox drafts
Mailbox drafts lists the drafts Reach-book.com created in your Gmail or Microsoft 365 mailbox. From there you can:
- Send now
- Open in Gmail or Outlook to edit and send it yourself
- Mark sent manually
- Mark replied
Mailbox drafts need a Gmail or Microsoft 365 mailbox. SMTP mailboxes can't create them.
