Business profile

The business profile tells the AI what your company does, so drafts describe your offer correctly. Open Workspace settings → Business profile. Only administrators can edit it.

• Examples of your writing

Only add claims and results that are true. The AI treats them as facts it may use in emails.

Fill from your website

1. Enter your website address (it must start with https://) and click Read site.
2. Reach-book.com reads your homepage and up to four public pages such as About and Pricing.
3. Review the suggestions. Click Apply all, or Replace fields one by one.
4. Click Save business profile. Nothing is saved before this.

Reading the site uses a little of your AI allowance. It never fills Examples of your writing, because website copy isn't how you write emails. Sites that only load with JavaScript may return little text.
