Credits and top-ups

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of three kinds of credits, shared by everyone in the workspace:

AI writing, reply suggestions, the Assistant and reading your website. One AI-written email with a revision uses about 7,000 tokens

When you run out

The workspace owner can buy extra credits in Billing → Extra credits:

• 100 email lookup credits
• 100 enrichment credits
• About 500 AI-written emails
• About 2,000 AI-written emails

Extra credits need an active paid plan. They last until the end of the current billing period and don't roll over. Prices are shown in Billing before you buy.

Limits per member

Administrators can set daily limits for each member and each kind of credit in Members & seats, so one person can't use the whole allowance. Limits reset at midnight UTC.
