Profile, password and two-factor sign-in

Open your user menu → Personal settings.

Profile

Change your name, email address and photo. Changing your email asks you to verify the new address.

You'll be asked for your password first.

Update password, or Set a password if you signed up with Google or Microsoft
Two-factor authentication: sign in with a code from an authenticator app. Save your recovery codes somewhere safe.
Passkeys: sign in without a password, using your device's fingerprint, face or PIN
Linked sign-in accounts: disconnect Google or Microsoft sign-in

Choose Light, Dark or System. It applies to this browser only. The same switch is in the user menu.

In Workspace settings → Your outreach, switch instant reply alerts on or off.
