Set this up in Workspace settings → CRM & booking.

Add your Calendly Booking link. Use {{booking_url}} in a template to put it in your emails.

Booking updates

To have meetings appear on the prospect automatically:

1. Create a Calendly personal access token with the scheduled_events:read scope.
2. Enter a webhook signing secret (at least 16 characters).
3. Subscribe to the invitee.created and invitee.canceled events.

When a prospect books, the meeting is added to them. If they cancel, follow-ups don't restart, and any outcome you set by hand (such as Won or Lost) is kept.
