Reach-book.com stops or pauses follow-ups for a prospect automatically when:

Paused until the return date in the reply, or for 7 days if there's none. Absences longer than 60 days stop the sequence


The prospect unsubscribes


The sequence stops, and the address is blocked in the whole workspace


The address or domain is on the do-not-contact list


Nothing more is sent

If Reach-book.com can't confirm whether an email was delivered, it never retries the send. You'll see Delivery needs review and the mailbox pauses until you've checked it, so nobody gets the same email twice.
