# Templates, placeholders and your signature

Each member sets their own sender details and templates in **Workspace settings → Your outreach**:

* Sender name and company
* Signature
* Templates for the **First email**, **Follow-up 1** (sent after 3 days by default) and **Follow-up 2** (after 7 days by default)

## Placeholders

Placeholders are filled in from the prospect and your settings when a draft is made.

Placeholder

Filled with

`{{first_name}}`

The contact's first name

`{{company}}`

The prospect's company

`{{personalized_line}}`

The prospect's personalised opening line

`{{relevance}}`

The prospect's "Why relevant" field

`{{what_company_does}}`

The prospect's "What the company does" field

`{{job_title}}`

The contact's job title

`{{sender_name}}`

Your sender name

`{{company_name}}`

Your company

`{{signature}}`

Your signature

`{{booking_url}}`

Your Calendly booking link (see [Calendly](/reach-book.com-docs/integrations/calendly))

If a template doesn't include `{{signature}}`, your signature is added at the end automatically.

Drafts are built only from your template and the prospect's research fields. Nothing is invented: if a field is empty, fill it in on the prospect first.
