# HubSpot

Administrators connect HubSpot in **Workspace settings → CRM & booking**.

## Connect

1. In HubSpot, create a **private app** with the scopes `crm.objects.contacts.read` and `crm.objects.contacts.write`.
2. Paste its token into Reach-book.com. It's stored encrypted and never shown again.

## What syncs

Contact fields only, matched by email address: email, name, company, website, country, city, state or region, postal code, time zone and job title.

Deals, ownership, marketing consent and outreach status are never synced.

## How changes are applied

* You review changes before they're applied, in either direction. A preview stays valid for 10 minutes.
* Change which fields map to which under **Field mapping**.
* **Fill blank fields automatically** runs every 15 minutes. It only fills empty fields in Reach-book.com and never writes to HubSpot.
