# Delete your account and your data

## Export your prospects

Open **Import / Export** and click **Export all** to download your prospects as a CSV file.

For a full export or deletion of your personal data, contact support. The download link we send lasts 24 hours.

## Delete your account

Open **Personal settings → Profile → Delete account**.

* If you own a workspace, transfer ownership to someone else first (**Workspace settings → General → Transfer ownership**).
* If your account is linked to prospects, messages or campaigns, contact support so that history can be kept for your team.
* Deleting is permanent. You'll confirm with your password, or with Google or Microsoft.

To leave a workspace without deleting your account, ask an administrator to remove your membership.
