# Credits and top-ups

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of three kinds of credits, shared by everyone in the workspace:

Credit

Used for

**Email lookup credits**

Finding email addresses

**Enrichment credits**

Company and person details, email verification, discovery and domain searches

**AI tokens**

AI writing, reply suggestions, the Assistant and reading your website. One AI-written email with a revision uses about 7,000 tokens

See your usage under **Billing → Overview → Usage & allowances**. Each line shows **Running low** or **Used up** when it gets there.

A search that finishes without a result still uses its credits.

## When you run out

The workspace owner can buy extra credits in **Billing → Extra credits**:

* 100 email lookup credits
* 100 enrichment credits
* About 500 AI-written emails
* About 2,000 AI-written emails

Extra credits need an active paid plan. They last until the end of the current billing period and don't roll over. Prices are shown in Billing before you buy.

## Limits per member

Administrators can set daily limits for each member and each kind of credit in **Members & seats**, so one person can't use the whole allowance. Limits reset at midnight UTC.
