# Create a campaign

A campaign sends a sequence of emails to a list of prospects, from one or more of your mailboxes. Open **Campaigns** and create a new one. It has four tabs: **Overview**, **Sequence**, **Audience** and **Schedule**.

## Sequence

* Add 1 to 10 email steps. The first email needs a subject.
* The first email goes out at launch (day 0). Each follow-up waits 1 to 90 days after the previous step.
* Follow-ups are sent only **if there's no reply**.
* Add up to 10 Yes/No conditions to send different follow-ups to different prospects. Conditions include priority, tags, job title, what the company does, location or time zone, website domain, whether a field is filled in, and whether the email address is verified.
* Optionally test an **A/B version** of a step (subject and body).

## Audience

* Add up to 500 prospects.
* Prospects who can't be emailed are skipped, and Reach-book.com lists the reason for each one.

## Senders

Pick up to 20 mailboxes to send from. A campaign needs a sender that can read replies (Gmail or Microsoft 365).

## Review and launch

The **Before you launch** checklist shows what's missing: emails written, prospects added, a sender that can read replies, and the schedule.

Click **Review & launch**, tick that you reviewed the audience and messages, then click **Launch campaign** (or **Keep as draft**). Messages are frozen when you launch: later edits don't change emails already approved.

Use **Pause campaign** and **Resume campaign** at any time.
