# Calendly

Set this up in **Workspace settings → CRM & booking**.

## Booking link

Add your Calendly **Booking link**. Use `{{booking_url}}` in a template to put it in your emails.

## Booking updates

To have meetings appear on the prospect automatically:

1. Create a Calendly personal access token with the `scheduled_events:read` scope.
2. Enter a webhook signing secret (at least 16 characters).
3. Subscribe to the `invitee.created` and `invitee.canceled` events.

When a prospect books, the meeting is added to them. If they cancel, follow-ups don't restart, and any outcome you set by hand (such as Won or Lost) is kept.
