# Add and organise prospects

A prospect is one company, usually with one contact person. Open **Prospects → All prospects**.

## Add a prospect by hand

Click **New prospect**. Use **Import** when you have many at once.

Group

Fields

Company

Company, Domain, Website, What the company does, Why relevant, Target job title

Location

Country, State or region, City, Postal code, Time zone (detected from the location, or set by hand)

Contact

Contact name, Contact email, LinkedIn profile

Email

Personalised opening line, Subject, Email body

Tracking

Priority (1–10), Source URL, Notes, Status, Tags (up to 50), Owner

The **What the company does**, **Why relevant** and **opening line** fields are your research. Drafts and AI writing use them, so the more you fill in, the more personal the email.

## Stages

Each prospect moves through five stages:

New, Needs research, Ready

## Views and groups

* Filter the list, then click **Save current view** to keep that filter one click away.
* Use the **Groups** menu to create, rename or delete groups. Group names must be unique.

## Work on many prospects at once

Select rows to open the bulk bar: **Generate drafts**, **Approve**, **Check customers**, **Find emails**, **Tag…**, **Add to group…** and **Add to campaign…**. Under **More** you'll find **Assign to…**, **Snooze…**, **Reassign owner…**, **Skip** and **Delete**.

## Owner and assignee

* The **owner** sends to the prospect, adds them to campaigns and owns the email thread.
* An **assignee** follows up on the prospect. Being assigned never gives access to someone else's mailbox.
